I am passionate about helping people develop strength and functional movement in order to live a more fulfilling, healthy life. Additionally and more specifically, I am passionate about redefining strength as something that is attainable for women as well. I focus on strength and conditioning, and I create custom plans for everyone. What makes me a great coach is that I meet you where you’re at and provide a holistic approach to your fitness goals by tackling all areas of your life that also impact your journey, like your stress management, mindset, and relationship with food. I am excited to be part of this journey with you.

Fitness is the most essential priority in my life. I’ve learned that in order to show up for the people that matter the most to me, showing up for myself is essential. I prefer to lead my example, be a practitioner of the art of training. Making health and fitness a top priority has a huge impact on other important areas of our life. That impact helps get and keep things in alignment. My clients can trust me to be a resource in their life. They can trust that I care about them and the relationship we build together. I am all in with them every step of the way, and I will be all in for you too.

Hi, I’m Travis

I am an experienced personal trainer who is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I am also a golf-specific fitness and power instructor for Titleist Performance Institute and have a Bachelor of Science from San Francisco State University. My areas of expertise include functional strength training, spinal mobility, and pelvic stability. Growing up, I played baseball, soccer, and, water polo. I went on to become a top-ranked swimmer and water polo player in California and later became a swim coach. As a sports-minded individual, I believe in training like an athlete to maximize performance while minimizing the risk of injuries and I make sure to always prioritize proper form and technique when training. No matter where you’re starting, I would love the opportunity to help you get everything you want from your fitness journey!
